cosy elephant generally ships within Germany.
We work with Deutsche Post, DHL, DPD and GLS as our shipping partners. The shipping and packaging fee is independent of the shipping service provider we use. Delivery time in Germany is approximately 1-3 business days. We adapt the packaging to the size of the goods ordered and avoid unnecessary and large-format packaging where not necessary.
The prices quoted apply to orders up to a value of €1,000.
Once payment has been received, your elephants will be ready for shipment within 1-2 days.
click & collect: You can also pick up your ordered and prepaid elephants at our office in Munich. If you select the “click & collect” shipping option, please indicate your preferred pickup times and your phone number in the message box when placing your order. We will then contact you to arrange an appointment.

Payment options are prepayment by bank transfer and PayPal Plus (incl. credit card payment without own PayPal account; only in countries approved by Paypal).
We ask for your understanding that we can only ship the goods after confirmed receipt of payment.

We ask for your understanding that we do not offer free returns, as we want to keep the transport distances as low as possible. We put a lot of effort into the presentation of our products so that you already have a clear and concrete picture of your favorite elephants when you place your order and so that returns can be successfully avoided in advance. We are convinced that you will not want to give your elephants back again.
